  • 100% Payment is due on order confirmation. Invoice will be sent after that.

*2. Pricing & Taxes

  • Prices are in Pakistan currency and exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Applicable taxes (VAT, GST, etc.) will be added as per local regulations if mentioned on invoice.
  1. Delivery & Shipping**
  • Delivery timeline is 48-72 hours on order confirmation.
  • Risk of loss/damage transfers to the buyer upon delivery.
  • Shipping costs 300 will be clearly stated.
  1. Returns & Refunds**
  • Damaged/Defective Goods: Must be reported within 2 hours of delivery for replacement/refund.
  • Wrong Shipments: Return requests must be made within 2 hours of delivery with proof.
  • **Non-Returnable Items: Opened or perishable baby food may not be returnable for safety reasons.

*5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment; post-shipment cancellations may incur fees.
  1. Product Safety & Compliance**
  • All products comply with Punjab Food Authority.
    -Product can be freeze to 6 months and once it is taken out shelf life would be 24-48 hours.
  • Customers must follow storage/usage instructions to maintain safety.
  1. Liability Limitations:
  • The company is not liable for misuse, improper storage, or allergic reactions.
  • Maximum liability limited to the invoice value of the order.
  1. Force Majeure
  • Not liable for delays/cancellations due to events beyond control (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.).
