Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you experience any issues with your order, please reach out to us, and we will work to resolve the problem.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
• If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours at customer support contact.
• We may require photos of the damaged items for verification.

Missed or Failed Deliveries
• If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, lack of access, or recipient unavailability, we will contact you for further instructions.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges

Shipping returns
