Stage 4

Stage 4

Your adventurous eater is ready to start table food!!!Hurray

All those previous months of exposing the baby to different flavors and texture are about to pay off... Lets explore the world of flavors together. Offer your baby actual food when they are ready to eat table food so they develop an easy relationship with food and meal time.

In Stage 3 we offer table food flavors in a softer than usual texture. All foods are formed but softer so its easier for advanced eater to enjoy. These are especially wonderful  for those irritable teething times! The food may still feel bland to you but rest assured all these dishes are especially designed and hand made for your baby to experience each component of the dish without getting over helmed by spices. We use mild herbs and spices where necessary to balance the flavors.

Stage 4  foods are:

  1. Essentially table food with softer textures.
  2. Combinations fruits/veggies with grains/meats
  3. Cooked foods with mild flavors
  4. Intended to continue introducing flavors and textures

We recommend that you offer Stage 4 baby food at each meal. As these food are a complete meal on their own, you don’t have to worry about add ons.

If the baby is unable to finish the serving in one setting, you can always use it at the next meal time. You can add these to your favorite grain or sugar free cereal or yogurt.
