Stage 3

Stage 3:

Your emerging foodie is entering a new stage. We are getting ready to explore the texture and flavored of more cooked meals with herbs and mild flavors.

In Stage 3 we offer table food flavors in a mushy texture. Its more formed than pureed food but still very easy to gum and chew with a few tiny teeth. The food may feel bland to you but rest assured all these dishes are especially crafted and hand made for your baby to experience each component of the dish without getting over helmed by spices. We use mild herbs and spices where necessary to balance the flavors. So its more enjoyable for your little one.

Stage3 foods are:

  1. Thicker purred with small chewable components.
  2. Combinations fuits/veggies with grains/meats
  3. Cooked foods with mild flavors
  4. Intended to continue working on oral muscles to chew and swallow.

We recommend that you offer Stage 3 baby food at each meal. As these food are a complete meal on their own, you don’t have to worry about add ons.

If the baby is unable to finish the serving in one setting, you can always use it at the next meal time. You can add these to your favorite grain or sugar free cereal or yogurt.
